Class Actions is currently in recess. 

Class Actions is looking to return in 2011-12 with an extensive series concerning the life and times of BLF legend and CFMEU stalwart the late John Cummins.

If anyone wishes to participate in this project either as an interviewee and or if they have copies of any material such as tape recordings or documents such as copies of newspaper clippings or articles they wish to contribute or lend to the project please send an email to ClassActions@terrycostello.com

In particular Class Actions is looking for any home recordings of the 3CR Concrete Gang program from the 1980's and 1990's that may have been recorded onto cassette or reel to reel tape. Also any copies of recordings of media coverage of the BLF in those times would be most helpful as well. Once items are copied they will be returned and digital copies will be forwarded to the CMFEU construction Division which has a BLF Archive.
